• Building Practitioners Registration;

• Evidence of a long career in the building industry;

• Intimate knowledge of property defects and associated repair cost;

• Identification of the presence of termite and borer activity and/or damage;

• Competency with computers and IT;

• Ability to safely climb a ladder and/or enter a sub-floor crawl space;

• Be located in or around Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula or Geelong/Bellarine areas;

• Own a reliable vehicle and have a current drivers licence;

• Possess good people skills;

• Have a neat and professional appearance;

• Be prepared to submit to a Police Check.
