I was recommended Building Masters Inspection and found that they were highly responsive, professional and helpful. They quickly organised a time to inspect the property and provided a detailed written report with photos of each item. Then, they took the time to thoroughly explain the building and inspection report so that I understood all items. They pointed out items that should be of concern and even actions that could be taken in the future to resolve issues. They were also very patient when I called back up and asked them to re-explain something that I hadn't understood! The whole experience gave me a lot of confidence during the home-buying process and I couldn't recommend them enough.Posted on Google
A.M.13 days agoMike Heathcote from Building Masters Inspections carried out a building and pest inspection for me. I found him professional, thorough and very helpful throughout the process. He explained the issues he identified in a clear and practical way and gave me a much better understanding of the condition of the property, including the likely repairs that may be required. His advice was particularly useful in helping me make an informed decision before proceeding further with the property. I appreciated his straightforward approach and willingness to discuss the findings in detail. I would be happy to recommend Mike and Building Masters Inspections to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough building and pest inspector.Posted on Google

Michael Amarant31 days agoMike is terrific to deal with and has extensive knowledge and expertise. I have worked professionally as an Estate Agent for close to 25 years and met many building inspectors over that time - but Mike has impressed me the most and was my go to inspector for my own personal property matters.Posted on Google

Vincent Yuen36 days agoI engaged Building Masters Inspections for a pre-purchase building inspection of an old house. Given the tight time frame, Senior Inspector Mike arranged for the inspection with the vendor's agent expeditiously on the following day. The inspection was comprehensive and practical, and Mike briefed us on the findings in details from the purchaser's perspective immediately after it's done. It gave us confidence in the negotiation with the vendor, which eventually resulted in a good deal. The inspection report will also serve as a good reference in following up on the revealed issues in future. I highly recommend Building Masters Inspections for a building inspection, particularly for a potential buyer of a property.Posted on Google

Andrew Doyle80 days agohis was our second time using Building Masters Inspection for a pre-purchase building inspection, and once again they exceeded our expectations. The team is highly experienced, professional, and incredibly thorough in their inspections. Their attention to detail gave us confidence that we had a clear understanding of the property's condition before making such an important decision. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable they were throughout the process. They took the time to explain their findings in plain language, answered all of our questions, and provided practical advice that helped us make an informed choice. The inspection was organised quickly, completed on time, and the report was delivered promptly, which was invaluable given the tight deadlines involved in purchasing a home. Rob Warren96 days agoStarting out on the search for our first home, we were recommended Building Masters by a friend who had just been through the experience himself. We had inspections for three properties, all done by Rod. Each time, we took the opportunity to discuss the report over the phone with Mike. This was invaluable for giving us the confidence to proceed with an offer. For the final place - the one we ended up buying - our solicitors were able to use the building and pest report to negotiate a ~5 % reduction in the purchase price. Thanks Mike, Rod, and the team for helping us to buy our first home!Posted on Google
